The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

The wifi was barely usable at night.

Located in central touristic area. Good access to places of interest.

The room is rather small. Altjough it was warm outside, strong heating was on, so it became hot in the room. It is rather noisy outside.

We had a great stay at Old Harbor Hotel. Everything was perfectly fine from start to finish. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We truly felt welcome during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.,

Location, noise all night

Its a decent size hotel. Just a basic normal boutique style kinda hotel. Location was great and the area around full of restaurants though mostly tourist priced, but the vibe at the area was good. Taxi does not stop directly at the hotel because its a little walk, but the personnel of the hotel helped with the luggages. The staffs are nice though. Batchrooms are clean, beds are also clean. Rooms were okay but a tiny but too small.

not very flexible. I booked two rooms for my family but my family returned a day before checkout day. Hence I had an extra room vacant which i paid for. I wanted to get my partner to stay with me that night, the staffs were okay about it but the boss was not at all happy about this. Very little flexibility for rooms that I paid for. I felt like i just wasted my money here. I have been travelling and coming to istanbul 6x this year, and this is the first time a hotel did not allow my partner to stay with me a night although i have rooms that I paid for vacant. Breakfast was also super basic. They prepare for you everything so your food is set and chosen for you.

Noisy parties outside until midnight if you are an early sleeper. No safe to store on belongings

The rooms were really nice and clean, air conditioning worked very well and was in a very good location. Ocan , the manager / person manning reception was so helpful and catered to our every need. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was also amazing and was made to order !

The hotel is close to Sophia ? and is easy to go around the area. 10 mins to metro station with too many restaurants around. Notice that the hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and live music is every night in the area, but we had a room on the 4th floor, so it is not a big deal. I was so tired and slept well, though. The room is clean, small but well-designed, and has everything you need. Breakfast was simple, but you have a few choices, from hot plates to omelets or pancakes. Overall, it was a good experience.

Keep in mind that the bed is not double, but twins (put 2 together to make 1).

The staff were awesome. We spent five nights there at the beginning of the month and another night at the end of our trip. Okan and Savas at reception were most helpful. Yasar lent us his Istanbul travel card for us to get around the city and all the waiters were lovely. We also stored some of our luggage there for three weeks and when we returned we were welcomed like family.

The vibrant location and evening entertainment. The staff are outstanding. They are courteous and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and providing valuable insights on local excursions.

Location was very near lots of restaurant options and central-city attractions. Staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful. Rooms were clean, tidy, and recently redone and modern. The hotel restaurant was really very good. The streetscape of restaurants and shops was colorful and energized. It's also a family business, which adds a positive vibe to the atmosphere.

The colorful, energized streetscape also put out a good deal of evening noise by way of Turkish musical entertainment at various restaurants. This bit of local character continues until about 11:45 each night but then is over. If you're an early-to-bed sort of traveler, this could be an issue, though a good set of earplugs or a noise-cancelling headphone set did the trick for one of us. (The other just stayed up until the festivities ended.) So for us, it worked out in different ways, and we both enjoyed our time in Istanbul at the Old Harbour.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and nicely presented.

The restaurant food was okay, but nothing special.

The restaurant has a lot of food offerings and the food was good with a lot of local fare.

We asked the hotel to arrange a pick up for us for the 2 of us at the airport after we left our cruise terminal, as we thought that was easy and the hotel said "sure, no extra charge for the service". Unfortunately, even though we paid for a priority disembarkation, the cruise ship didn't get our bags up right away and the driver had to wait. I initilally told him to go ahead and go, and he said okay, and then we were actually in the taxi line to get one out to the hotel, but then the hotel called us back and said he will still pick us up. We didn't realize until we got to the hotel that it cost us double (100 Euros) as the driver couldn't speak English so there was no discussion on cost when he finally got us and it was another 15 minutes later. If we had taken a regular taxi we could have saved the money. Also, the driver kept driving around like he didn't know where the hotel was, as he never inputted the address, so we were trying to figure out if he was lost or just wasting time to pad his bill. It was definitely not a good experience. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I would just not make my driver reservation through the hotel for the future, as if you do it yourself you'll probably not get charged as much. We saw that the market next door was offering an airport ride for 40 Euro, so we did feel a little ripped off.

The managers and staff were exceptionally supportive and efficient. The facilities were very clean, the food excellent and the location very near to main tourist attractions. Fully recommended

The noise outside at night was extremely loud most nights until 11 pm and sometimes later. Be aware if you like to go to bed early.
